City & Guilds 2357-44, Level 3 NVQ Bridging Unit

The 2357-44 follows on from successful completetion of City & Guilds 2365 Level 3. This course is suitable for candidates who are working towards their AM2s end point assessment, currently working in the industry alonside a fully qualified professional.

Course Duration 

This course is planned to take one year, however we will endeavour to provide your on-site assessments more quickly if you are able to collect your site evidence more quickly.

Course Location

Training and Assessments are carried out at our Training Centre(NGEO) Unit 36, Hethel  Innovation Ltd, Hethel Engineering Centre, Chapman Way, Hethel, NR14 8FB.

Onsite visits will need to be carried out by one of our NVQ assessors.

Course Content

  • Skill scan (which will be emailed to you)
  • One day delivery assessment of the bridging unit 350
  • Professional discussion of your skills scan, course structure and portfolio development
  • On-going one-to-one support to develop your portfolio
  • Four on-site assessments
  • Action planning for assessments

Who should attend?

Candidates who are part way through the completion of their electrician’s qualification. The 2357-44 is specifically designed to give you the opportunity to apply for the AM2 End Point Assessment. You will be required to provide the evidence of your C & G 2357 portfolio when you attend the AM2 centre. Successful completion of the AM2 is the final element of the pathway to becoming a qualified electrician.

Entry Requirements

You must have completed your City & Guilds 2365 Level 3, or equivalent EAL qualification.
