NGEO remains open while the new national restrictions from December 30 are in place. We reassure all who come to our centres that health and safety is our immediate priority.
We have adopted the system of controls requested by the Department for Education (DfE), and have amended our training and assessment programmes in line with DfE guidance.
We follow all guidance provided by the Government, Gas Safe, HSE, and electrical installation institutes. We respond promptly to changes in official guidance because we understand that the continuity of our service to you, if at all possible, is vital.
When you attend one of our centres, our staff will brief you regarding centre-specific protocols/actions. We retain the right to ask you to leave if you do not follow these. We encourage use of the NHS track and trace system while you are at our centres.
We will not be able to provide lunch while the government restrictions are in place, so please bring your own lunch if you attend our centres during this period.
Your decision to attend our centres is voluntary. If you can’t attend your scheduled dates, we will endeavour to provide you with another place on our programmes.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like more information about how we are following official guidance, or have any questions about attending NGEO centres.
